  @metronetfiber Already did. Was told they can't get somebody out here until this evening.Not y'all's fault, but that still doesn't help me get my work done today. And the only window this evening the tech can get here conflicts with a monthly meeting I have. Just not a fun experience. :-(

  @metronetfiber Update: Apparently my line wasn't sliced! The bury-the-cable guys were super helpful. They saw some abnormalities in the box and were able to temporarily get me back online for now, but to keep the technicians coming out to fix the abnormalities that they saw for a good fix.

  @metronetfiber Livid customer here: LightSpeed customer purchased OMT and paid for installation. Metronet bought out LightSpeed a couple years ago. Service immediately was less than what I received with LightSpeed. The one time I called tech support, this IT engineer was told 1/

  @metronetfiber Please read full thread that I'm still writing. Customer Svd bait and switch on pricing, saying Metronet owns my OMT (that I paid for) and must be returned to cancel service due to bait and switch price gouging.
